In 16-17 April 1945 Ulrich B visited Konrad Adenauer at his home in Rhoendorf (Bad Honnef) nearby Bonn. He helped Adenauer prepare his political career after 1945 and write a letter to General Patton. This letter is now kept in the Berliner Senatsarchiv.
